I forgot my password.  What should I do?

If you forget your password, you can request a password reminder.

1.  Enter your username in the Account Login Channel.

2.  Click the Password Reminder Button.

Your password will be sent to the email address that you entered upon initial registration.

If you do not receive your password reminder, review the following before contacting your Internet Service Provider for assistance.

• It is possible that the password reminder email was intercepted by spam filtering software, such as Postini.  Check your spam filter account to see if the email is there.
• The password reminder email is sent to the email address that you entered upon initial registration.  If the email address on file is no longer active or if the address was misspelled, you will not receive the password reminder.
